Hollister Construction Services has taken the wraps off a new build-out at a Short Hills office building, where a co-working and office space provider has taken 16,000 square feet.
The construction management firm completed the work on behalf of The Blau & Berg Co., the leasing agent for 830 Morris Turnpike, after its recent transaction with Regus. Located on the fourth floor, the new space includes breakrooms, private and general offices, a reception lobby and business lounge and a recharge bar.
Hollister’s work called for the demolition of existing space and build-out of new executive office suites ahead of a scheduled December 2018 opening date.
“Hollister’s work is impeccable,” Jason Crimmins, president of The Blau & Berg Co., said in a prepared statement. “They work closely with the tenant and the landlord on all accounts open book and leaves with a better relationship than when they started the project which is evident in the positive feedback we continually receive from each incoming tenant.
“We are looking forward to continuing our relationship with Hollister on future projects.”

The Hollister team for the build-out was led by Kieran Flanagan, Michael Bruno, Allison Koterba and Tom Bianchi. The idGROUP was the architect for the project, which also resulted in a new boardroom, conference rooms and open and dedicated co-working areas.
Regus was among several users late last summer that signed new leases at the building, also known as Short Hills Executive Center. Blau & Berg represented ownership in the lease, while JLL represented the tenant.
