Four tenants have combined to lease more than 3,800 square feet at a Morris County office building, under a series of transactions arranged by NAI James E. Hanson.
The 16,000-square-foot property, located at 1 Mill Ridge Lane in Chester, is now fully occupied after the recent commitments. In the largest among them, Samson Management Services LLC leased 1,196 square feet at the recently renovated property along Route 24.
NAI Hanson’s Joe Vindigni represented the landlord, MGHC Group LLC, and the tenant. He also represented both parties in two of the other transactions: a 1,176-square-foot lease with Vera Capital Management LCC and a 637-square-foot lease by International Brain Research Foundation LLC.
In the fourth deal, an 818-square-foot lease with Bethel Way Guardians LLC, Vindigni represented ownership.
“Having worked with MGHC Group for a number of years now, we have forged a strong relationship that is a tremendous asset as we continue to secure tenants on their behalf,” Vindigni said. “Backed by our unmatched local market knowledge, we are able to leverage our relationships with clients such as MGHC Group to provide the highest quality of service while driving lease volumes within their local markets.”
In a news release, NAI Hanson touted the building’s access to routes 46, 202 and 206, as well as interstates 78, 80 and 287. Since 2015, NAI Hanson has represented the building’s management in 14,840 square feet of leasing commitments by tenants such as Center for Anxiety and Behavior Management, Capstone Group, Law Offices of William Strazza and Caristia Kulsar & Wade LLC.
