An investor has acquired a 2,100-square-foot mixed-use building in Morris County, under a newly completed transaction by NAI James E. Hanson.
The real estate services firm announced Tuesday that it represented Robert McElroy, the seller, in the transaction at 36 Main St. in Netcong. A buyer identified as DN Realty LLC purchased the fully occupied retail, office and apartment building for an undisclosed price.
NAI Hanson’s Joe Vindigni completed the assignment.
“While the larger institutional investments tend to garner more headlines, these smaller-size deals are continuing to help drive our state’s robust real estate market,” Vindigni said. “Through our marketing of this property, we helped our client realize full value for this attractive asset through securing a buyer who was interested in realizing the benefits of real estate ownership.”
In a news release, NAI Hanson noted that 36 Main St. includes two ground-level retail and office spaces and one apartment on the top floor. The building features 74 feet of frontage on Main Street and is within walking distance of an NJ Transit station, while providing easy access to routes 10, 46, 206 and Interstate 80.
