A law firm has found a new home in Morris County after leasing 3,000 square feet near its previous location on Route 24, in a deal arranged by NAI James E. Hanson.
The practice, Edens Law Group, is moving within Chester under a deal with 46 Hillside Ave LLC. Its new office at 360 Route 24 is about a half-mile south of its prior home, at 310 Route 24, providing a recently renovated setting with access to routes 10 and 24 and other major highways.
NAI Hanson’s Joseph F. Vindigni represented both parties in the deal.
“Playing a vital role in a company uprooting and moving itself is always a delicate situation to work through,” Vindigni said. “In many cases, you don’t get to be involved in the process from start to finish. To be involved in both the sale of their previous location and now the lease of their new office space is a wonderful thing. It helps to illustrate how our expertise in the office market and thorough understanding of a client’s unique needs directly translates to positive results for those involved.”
In a news release, NAI Hanson noted that 360 Route 24 is a 26,000-square-foot professional office building with a large reception area, new carpet and paint, an improved and well-maintained elevator and private offices and entrances. In addition to representing Edens Law Group in its new lease, the brokerage team also represented the firm in the sale of its 3,000 square feet of office space at its previous location.
