A window installer is leasing 2,500 square feet of flex space in Hackensack, in one of several newly announced deals by NAI James E. Hanson.
The commitment by Novus Window System Inc., which has taken the space at 238 High St., is among four recent transactions in Bergen County by NAI Hanson’s Anthony Cassano. The activity also includes two deals in Bergenfield — a flex lease by Maximum Graphics, which is taking 2,500 square feet at 109 Portland Ave., and a transaction at 136 North Washington Ave., where Northern Valley Sinus and Allergy is leasing 950 square feet.
Additionally, Cassano completed an 800-square-foot office lease with Whitney Street Corp. at 190 Moore St. in Hackensack. The NAI Hanson vice president represented both parties in all four deals.
“Throughout my career, I have found that gaining a deep understanding of each side of the deal is critical to a successful closing,” Cassano said. “Through working closely with both senior leadership on the tenant side and building ownership on the landlord side, I was able to negotiate mutually beneficial transactions on behalf of all parties.
“This level of collaboration resulted in spaces that fit tenants’ specific needs and accommodated for their ongoing growth while ensuring that the landlords would have high-quality tenants occupying their spaces for years to come.”
