A towing company is expanding its footprint after leasing a half-acre parcel in Elmwood Park, under a newly announced transaction by NAI James E. Hanson.
The business, Five Star Towing, will house its fleet and equipment at the previously vacant site at 206 Van Riper Ave. Brokers with NAI Hanson represented the tenant in the deal with MFT Auction, touting the site’s location near Route 46 and parallel to Interstate 80.
Darren Lizzack, Randy Horning and David Ukleja completed the assignment for the Teterboro-based brokerage firm.
“Having worked with Five Star Towing in the past, we had a firm understanding of our client’s unique needs and were able to recognize the property’s potential for abundant storage space,” Lizzack said. “206 Van Riper Avenue’s adaptability and direct access to some of New Jersey’s most active roadways highlights our team’s ability to consistently help our clients find the right opportunities at the right time.”
In business for more than 20 years, Five Star Towing specializes in light-duty towing, recovery, auto repair and more, according to a news release. The company is a AAA-preferred automotive emergency service company and has been looking to expand its business.
