A new office tenant is coming to a Rochelle Park flex property after inking a lease for nearly 1,800 square feet, brokers with NAI James E. Hanson announced Monday.
The business, Vyom Donut Management LLC, will occupy the space at 18 West Passaic St. under a deal with Passaic Street Associates LLC. It will relocate from nearby Paramus to the 8,200-square-foot building, which sits near the interchange of routes 4 and 17 and the Garden State Parkway and provides tenants with quick access to Westfield Garden State Plaza and other major retailers.
NAI Hanson’s Jonathan Kristofich and Josh Levering represented both parties in the 1,750-square-foot deal.
“18 West Passaic Street is a high-quality, well-located building that makes it an ideal location for a wide range of businesses,” Kristofich said. “Knowing the local market well, having the right skills, and good connections are key to making deals like this happen. As the exclusive leasing agent for the property, we take pride in finding the perfect mix of tenants based on the landlord’s needs and goals.”
According to a news release, 18 West Passaic St. also has executive covered parking, an elevator, 24/7 tenant access and professional on-site management. The building is also home to State Farm.
