Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has signed a nearly 2,800-square-foot lease renewal with a law firm at its Court Plaza office campus in downtown Hackensack.
The occupier, the Law Offices of Brian J. Neary, has been a tenant at 21 Main St. since April 2006, according to a news release. Its renewal means it will continue to benefit from a location that is steps from the Bergen County Courthouse and Administrative Complex and minutes from the area’s vast highway network, along with a host of amenities at the three-building, 335,000-square-foot complex.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Vice President and Director of Leasing and Marketing Jerry Barta and Leasing and Marketing Manager Carolina Gutierrez represented ownership in the 2,755-square-foot renewal at Court Plaza South.
“We are thrilled to build upon our nearly two-decade-long relationship with the Law Offices of Brian J. Neary,” Gutierrez said. “Renewals like this continue to be powered by our strategic long-term ownership strategy and responsive on-site property management team that focuses on creating an unmatched tenant experience in the local market.”
Neary, which has nearly four decades of experience representing clients in DUI-DWI, white collar and non-white collar criminal cases, is among the many law firms at Court Plaza. Sanzari noted that the property has amenities such as a full-service cafeteria with indoor and outdoor seating, an on-site fitness center, a large common conference room and others, while tenants have quick access to Interstate 80, routes 4, 17 and 46, the New Jersey Turnpike and other destinations.
