A national food testing company is expanding in the region with a nearly 9,000-square-foot lease in Bound Brook, according to The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said it represented both parties in the deal at 509-513 West Union Ave., the site of a nearly 56,000-square-foot property near Interstate 287. The space will serve as a new location for a lab that integrates consumer guidance, culinary ideation and product and process development to maximize speed to market and success, offering the demographics that the tenant sought for a location in the Northeast.
Todd Gannet, a senior vice president for Boniakowski, completed the assignment for the Green Brook-based firm.
“We thank our clients and appreciate the work of our team in completing these deals,” the brokerage team said in a prepared statement.
