Denholtz Associates has hired a property manager to help oversee its portfolio in Central Florida, the Matawan-based commercial real estate firm said Wednesday.
The new hire, Stephanie Gilbert, will assist Regional Property Manager James Eschmann in the firm’s operations in the Tampa, St. Petersburg and Orlando markets, according to a news release. The portfolio includes commercial office space, flex/warehouse space and retail facilities.
Gilbert will be the main point of contact for tenant services including managing rent charges, overseeing common area maintenance and lease coordination, along with assisting with any tenant concerns in addition to overseeing construction at the properties, the news release said. She spent the past seven years at Cushman & Wakefield, where she served as a lease analyst.
Prior to that, she spent more than nine years at several leading brokerage and property management firms, Denholtz said.
“Stephanie’s extensive background in property management, facilities coordination and tenant relations made her an excellent candidate for the position,” said Stephen Cassidy, president of Denholtz Associates. “She has a strong understanding of the marketplace that we are confident will prove to be an asset to our Florida operations led by James Eschmann and our organization as a whole.”
