Newmark Associates has promoted brokers Jeannette Melillo and Mary Swatek to the role of vice president with the Morris County-based team.
The firm, which is located in the Cedar Knolls section of Hanover, said Melillo joined its ranks in 2019 with 20 years of experience in the retail, automotive and commercial real estate sectors. She is a former leasing manager for a prominent New Jersey real estate family, Newmark said, citing her skills in communication, negotiation and building strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Swatek, meantime, joined the firm in 2020 with nearly 30 years of executive management experience in the health care and wellness industries. The company touted her own vast network and expertise in market research, strategic consulting, sales and business development, noting that it “has equipped her with the ability to form strategic partnerships and successfully navigate all stages of the commercial real estate transaction process.”
“This promotion reflects their exceptional contributions and dedication to the company’s growth and success,” Newmark Associates wrote in its announcement last week.
