An information services company has renewed its 35,000-square-foot lease at a New Providence office building, under a newly completed transaction by Newmark Knight Frank.
Brokers with the firm represented Signature Acquisitions, the landlord at 121 Chanlon Road, in the deal with Martindale-Hubbell. The company, which provides marketing and information services to the legal profession, is among several tenants at the 111,000-square-foot complex off Interstate 78 and Route 24.
NKF Associate Director Dan Reider led the agency team that completed the deal, working closely with Eric Zabarkus and Rich Travaglini of Signature Acquisitions. JLL Managing Director Jim Medenbach and Executive Vice President Charlie Dillion represented the tenant.
“Ownership is happy to further extend Martindale Hubbell’s long-term tenancy at 121 Chanlon Road,” Reider said. “Their decision to renew is a testament to the building’s transit-oriented and amenity-rich location, as well as the professionalism and attentiveness Signature Acquisitions brings to the property.”
In a news release, NKF touted the four-story building’s proximity to multiple food, fitness and retail options, along with NJ Transit’s Murray Hill station. The property features an indoor atrium-style lobby, outdoor patio, a full-service cafeteria and covered parking.
Martindale-Hubbell is joined in the building by a roster that includes Summit Medical Group and Stafford Communications.
