Construction is underway in Millstone on a nearly 55,000-square-foot space for Soligent, a distributor of equipment for solar panels and other clean energy products.
Peak Construction Corp., which is managing the project, said the tenant will occupy part of the 132,930-square-foot building at 1 Debaun Road. The space will have a 32-foot clear ceiling height, 4,000 square feet of office space and a battery charging station inside the warehouse for electric forklifts.
Soligent is leasing the 54,973-square-foot space under a deal with Scannell Properties, the developer. Avison Young’s Tim Cadigan, Matt Turse, John Gianis and Judy Troiano announced the deal in January after representing the landlord, while Mike Maroon of the Acclaim Group and Lauren Pesqueda of Whitebox Real Estate represented the tenant.
Peak Construction, which is based in Rosemont, Illinois, also built 1 Debaun Road on the developer’s behalf. The facility sits along Route 33 and is less than five miles from the New Jersey Turnpike.
