A perfume company has sold its nearly 75,000-square-foot manufacturing plant in Keyport, under a newly completed transaction by Sheldon Gross Realty.
The 14-acre property, which spans 100 and 275 Clark St., is now slated to be repurposed after the $5 million sale by Fragrance Resources Inc. The buyer, Best Line Equipment, is a Pennsylvania-based construction equipment rental, sales and service company.
Sheldon Gross Realty Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick, Senior Vice President Glenn Jaffe and Sales Representative Matthew Leonelli completed the sale of the 17-building, a 73,468-square-foot complex.
“A sale of this scope speaks to the exceptional quality and value of the property,” Glick said. “It’s a sprawling location with a building for just about every possible need, and it provides quick access to multiple major roadways. It’s absolutely ideal for Best Line Equipment’s business.”
In a news release, Sheldon Gross touted the site’s location near the Garden State Parkway and 30 minutes from Newark Liberty International Airport. The fenced-in site also features undeveloped land with potential for expansion.
