A partnership has sold a nearly 20,000-square-foot retail property in Phillipsburg, in a $4.72 million transaction arranged by Marcus & Millichap.
Brokers with the firm represented both parties in the sale of Phillipsburg Plaza, which sits at 756 Memorial Pkwy. and is anchored by Sherwin Williams. An unnamed LLC purchased the 19,800-square-foot property.
Alan Cafiero, Ben Sgambati and Brent Hyldahl, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office, completed the assignment.
