A freestanding showroom and retail property in Mercer County has found a second life after a newly completed deal by Fennelly Associates.
In a news release, the Hamilton-based brokerage firm said it represented Altenburg Piano House in its sale of the 4,015-square-foot building at 1911 Brunswick Pike in Lawrenceville. The buyer, Imagine Design Center, paid an undisclosed price for the property.
Fennelly Associates Corporate Real Estate Specialist Patrick Dintrone represented the seller, noting that the parcel has 10 on-site parking spaces and is minutes from routes 1 and 206 and Interstate 295. Melanie Elliot of The Melanie Elliot Real Estate Group represented the buyer.
