An investor has acquired the site of a 10,000-square-foot flex building in Piscataway, according to brokers with The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
The buyer, which paid an undisclosed sum for the Arbor Rescue Squad property at 1790 West 7th St., plans to renovate and lease out the space, the brokerage firm said. The deal follows a spirited listing period that lasted only a week, resulting in multiple offers above the asking price.
Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate’s Joseph Boniakowski and Todd Gannet represented the seller and buyer, respectively.
