A joint venture has announced the launch of leasing at a new 110-unit luxury rental community in Piscataway.
The developers, BNE Real Estate Group and Sterling Properties, are offering both in-person and virtual tours at what’s known as The Grove at Piscataway, which sits at 67 Old New Brunswick Road. Rents start from the high $1,800s, as ownership touts a location near Interstate 287, Rutgers University and several major employment hubs,
“We’re thrilled to announce the opening of The Grove at Piscataway because it reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality residences and a modern lifestyle experience to today’s renters,” said Marc Pantirer, a partner at BNE Real Estate Group. “Demand for rental residences that offer spacious layouts and upscale amenities is growing in markets across the state, and the Piscataway location will appeal to a lot of people. With value-oriented pricing that compares favorably to many other luxury communities opening in 2020, we believe the leasing campaign will be very successful.”
BNE and Sterling announced recently that they were nearing completion at the property, which includes one- and two-bedroom units with a mix of indoor and outdoor amenities. Those offerings include a high-end fitness center with virtual training technology, a co-working lounge, a children’s playroom and a clubroom, with services such as 24-hour on-site maintenance and Amazon package lockers.
The Grove features outdoor amenities highlighted by a resort-style pool terrace with an outdoor bar, grills and surrounding lounge areas. The developers also pointed to the vast retail offerings within Piscataway, one of the state’s largest municipalities, and recreational options such as Johnson Park and the Rutgers University Ecological Preserve.
The property is offering limited-time incentives of up to two months free, based on a 26-month lease.
