A new Asian Food Market is coming to a 100,000-square-foot retail property in East Brunswick, in a newly announced deal by R.J. Brunelli & Co. LLC.
According to the firm, the operator has taken 27,000 square feet at The Miracle Mall at 275 Route 18. Plans call for the store to open in the fourth quarter of 2023, occupying the former Hong Kong Grocery space when it joins co-anchors Big Lots and Dollar Tree.
R.J. Brunelli’s Pete Nicholson is the exclusive broker for the chain, which currently operates five stores in New Jersey and is scheduled to open a location in Staten Island later this year, according to a news release. Ryan Starkman of Pierson Commercial represented the landlord on the East Brunswick lease.
