A private technology firm has purchased a 1,000-square-foot office condominium in Metuchen, in a transaction arranged by American Properties Realty Inc.
Steven Rinn, a managing director for the firm’s brokerage team, represented both parties in the deal at the Bridge Pointe complex off Route 27 and has now inked three sales at the property within the last eight months. The transactions have taken place at 9, 11 and 16 Bridge St.
The Iselin-based broker has also closed three leases at the complex, which sits just off Interstate 287, at 10, 13 and 20 Bridge St.
