A real estate and land use attorney with Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is among two newly named partners at the Woodbridge-based firm.
Steven G. Mlenak, who joined Greenbaum in late 2015, concentrates his practice in the areas of redevelopment, land use, zoning and real estate development, according to a news release. His clients include property owners and developers engaged in mixed-use, residential, industrial, commercial, office, retail and affordable housing development projects.
Based in the firm’s Roseland office, Mlenak also provides counsel related to all aspects of the redevelopment process. Additionally, he maintains a strong practice in the area of community association law, providing strategic guidance and general counseling to condominium and homeowners association clients across a range of legal issues.
Mlenak is a member of Greenbaum’s real estate and redevelopment and land use departments and is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
Also promoted to partner was Jemi Goulian Lucey, a trial attorney who focuses her practice on employment, higher education and professional negligence matters, the news release said. She represents private and public entities, including institutions of higher learning, in employment discrimination and retaliation actions, professional negligence cases, Title IX claims and business disputes.
Based in the firm’s Woodbridge office, Lucey is a member of the litigation department and co-chair of the higher education practice group. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
