A market research firm is staying in place at Teaneck’s Glenpointe complex after renewing its nearly 17,000-square-foot lease with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
In a news release, the landlord said Behaviorally Inc. has spent nearly a decade at Glenpointe Centre West, or 500 Frank W. Burr Blvd., part of its flagship 670,000-square-foot corporate campus. It will continue to lease 16,603 square feet at the site, which provides quick access to Midtown Manhattan and the tristate region with a location at the nexus of interstates 80 and 95.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Director and Vice President of Leasing and Marketing Jerry Barta and Manager of Leasing and Marketing Carolina Gutierrez worked on the lease. Cushman & Wakefield’s Curtis Foster and Jerry Shifrin represented Behaviorally, with Richard Kahn of Winne Banta Basralian & Kahn PC and Rikki Field of Norris McLaughlin PA providing legal services for the respective parties.
“We couldn’t be happier to continue our longstanding partnership with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises,” said Adam Overell, chief people officer at Behaviorally. “We relocated here almost 10 years ago, and they have been an outstanding partner, not just a landlord, ever since. The past two years have been challenging on both sides of the fence, and with this extension, we’re very glad to call Glenpointe home for the foreseeable future.”
Previously known as PRS IN VIVO USA, Behaviorally specializes in behavioral research, particularly in packaging and shopper marketing, the news release said. The company has decades-long experience with the world’s largest consumer brands.
Its home at Glenpointe provides it with access to a 26,000-square-foot fitness center, three hotels with a combined 700 rooms and casual and upscale dining options. Sanzari recently completed a series of enhancements across the campus aimed at appealing to modern office users, including redesigned common areas and the addition of a 22,000-square-foot outdoor amenity space known as The Green.
The developer also formed a partnership with Better Spaces, a tenant engagement service that operates an on-site community lounge known as The Pointe and a virtual platform, offering tenants more than 40 programs and classes per week.
“Our ownership and management strategy for the Glenpointe campus has always been built upon ensuring it remains the top corporate destination in northern New Jersey’s competitive office market,” Gutierrez said. “The long-term tenancy of businesses such as Behaviorally highlights our continued commitment to partnering with our tenants to tailor space that best fits their current and future needs.”
