CBRE Group Inc. has bolstered its retail brokerage team with the addition of two new associates.

The firm announced Monday that it has hired Nicole Jadoo and Nicole Nannola, who join its Retail Advisory and Transaction Group in New Jersey. Both come to CBRE from Colliers International, where they focused on retail tenant and landlord representation.
In their new roles, Jadoo and Nannola will be based in CBRE’s central and northern New Jersey offices and provide retailer representation, agency leasing and development consulting, according to a news release. Their other services will include investment sales, land brokerage and property management, while Nannola will further expand the group’s focus on retail-oriented investment sales and development consulting.
“As the New Jersey retail landscape becomes increasingly competitive, we’re very fortunate to be able to add this caliber of talent to our expanding retail team,” said Jeff Hipschman, senior managing director of CBRE’s New Jersey operations, pointing to a retail platform that has access to a range of technology products such as VTS, Floored, Dimension and Forum Analytics.
Hipschman said that technology is “instrumental in helping us meet the needs of our landlord and tenant clients. With these competitive advantages and two new additions to our talented group of professionals, we’re ideally positioned to expand our reach within the market and continue providing New Jersey tenants and landlords with premier advisory services.”

Jadoo and Nannola have worked with prominent New Jersey property owners such as Somerset Development and LCOR, as well as major retailers, including Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Kiddie Academy, AT&T, Dominos, One River School and Agile Urgent Care.
“With CBRE’s undeniable expert knowledge and market-leading resources, I look forward to exceeding our clients’ and customers’ expectations,” Jadoo said in a prepared statement. “I am equipped with all the necessary tools and mentorship to continue my career in the real estate industry that I am so passionate about.”
Earlier in her career, Jadoo served as a leasing consultant at Aimco, a residential broker at Coldwell Banker and an account executive at Apple Title Agency, the news release said. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rutgers University and is a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey.
Nannola’s experience includes work as an executive assistant to the New Jersey managing director at Massey Knakal Realty Services and later Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to that, she founded a childcare service, which she ultimately grew to a staff of 10 people.
She is a marketing graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey and a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey.
“In joining CBRE’s platform, I’ve been provided with the unique opportunity to continue my retail leasing work, while also expanding my focus to include investment sales and development consulting,” Nannola said. “I derive a great deal of satisfaction from helping retailers and owners shape the local landscape. The ability to provide the full range of services to our clients makes this opportunity particularly meaningful to me.”
