A local jeweler has moved into 2,500 square feet at a Cherry Hill shopping center, in the largest of three new retail leases by Rose Commercial Real Estate.
The brokerage firm announced Tuesday that Morton & Rudolph Jewelers has relocated to 2097 Route 70 East, or the Liberty Bell Shopping Center, in the transaction with Clover Shopping Center LLC. Brett Davidoff represented both the landlord and the tenant, which previously operated from a space at Route 70 and Springdale Road.
“It is always great to work with professionals and this deal had some of the finest,” said Davidoff, a senior vice president with Rose Commercial. “Not only do Mitchell and I have a strong relationship, but add in Morton & Rudolph owners, Jack and Sharon DeAngelis, and it was a win-win-win for all. A true pleasure.”
Davidoff also represented both parties in a long-term transaction at 1192 White Horse Road in Voorhees, where a Smoothie King franchisee is leasing 1,200 square feet from Voorhees Center LLC. The site, located near the intersection of Haddonfield-Berlin Road, is part of a 7,600-square-foot strip center and is one of two new locations planned by a local franchisee.
The second store will span 1,787 square feet at 301 Route 73 North in West Berlin, part of a 9,600-square-foot strip center. The operator, listed as Humza 20 LLC, is leasing the space from Interstate Commercial Real Estate Inc.
