A private investor has purchased a nearly 58,000-square-foot shopping center in East Brunswick for $14 million, brokers with Marcus & Millichap announced Thursday.
In a news release, investment specialists Alan Cafiero, Brent Hyldahl and Ben Sgambati said they represented an undisclosed LLC in the sale of the Village Green Shopping Center at 415 Route 18. They also procured the buyer of the 57,816-square foot property.
“The investor pool for stabilized shopping centers in New Jersey along main state retail corridors remains strong,” said Cafiero, whose team is based in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office. “We had multiple offers on this high-quality asset which was well positioned amongst highly trafficked Route 18 in East Brunswick, NJ.”
