A mortgage company is relocating its South Jersey headquarters after signing a lease at an office building off Route 73 in Marlton.
The firm, Gateway Mortgage Group, will occupy 4,500 square feet at 1 Holtec Drive as part of a deal brokered by Wolf Commercial Real Estate. Tequesta Properties is the landlord.
WCRE Vice President and Principal Christopher Henderson represented the tenant, one of the largest privately held mortgage companies in the U.S. He touted the building’s location in the heart of the Marlton business district, which provides direct access to Route 73 and proximity to Route 70, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
