Developer DMG Investments has ramped up its marketing effort at a new 14-story condominium tower in Cliffside Park, unveiling a sleek on-site sales gallery for the 204-unit property.
Known as One Park, the project is the firm’s first in New Jersey and is slated for completion by next summer. DMG is offering preview pricing for homes starting at $500,000, with the building slated to include units ranging from one to four bedrooms.
The firm recently celebrated the opening of the sales gallery at One Park, which sits just minutes from the George Washington Bridge. The space features interactive visual displays, a sample kitchen area and a model representation of the building, while allowing visitors to see the building’s dramatic views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline.

DMG Investments, the U.S. subsidiary of a Hangzhou, China-based developer, has tapped Halstead Property Development Marketing as One Park’s exclusive sales and marketing agent. Architectura has designed the modern glass-exterior building, while VLDG Inc. oversaw the design of the interior spaces.
Each home will offer high-end finishes and appliances. With more than 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, the overall property will feature an indoor, 55-foot heated pool with an adjoining outdoor sun deck, plus a sauna and steam rooms.
Other amenities will include a private furnished roof deck and dining terrace with grilling stations, fire pits, seating areas and an outdoor movie theater, along with a state-of-the-art fitness center, children’s playroom and automated parking garage.
