Developer DMG Investments has ramped up its marketing effort at a new 14-story condominium tower in Cliffside Park, unveiling a sleek on-site sales gallery for the 204-unit property.
Known as One Park, the project is the firm’s first in New Jersey and is slated for completion by next summer. DMG is offering preview pricing for homes starting at $500,000, with the building slated to include units ranging from one to four bedrooms.
The firm recently celebrated the opening of the sales gallery at One Park, which sits just minutes from the George Washington Bridge. The space features interactive visual displays, a sample kitchen area and a model representation of the building, while allowing visitors to see the building’s dramatic views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline.
“This is an exciting milestone for both our new luxury condominium building and the borough of Cliffside Park,” said Jacky He, executive vice president of DMG Investments. “We’re investing in Cliffside Park because we recognize the extraordinary qualities present here.
“Our location perfectly reflects the borough’s atmosphere, a tranquil, suburban setting that’s complemented by an eclectic offering of local shops and restaurants, proximity to Manhattan, and convenient access to a wealth of lifestyle attractions along the Hudson River. One Park will enhance the unique character and convenience of Cliffside Park with a level of modern luxury traditionally found in Manhattan.”
DMG Investments, the U.S. subsidiary of a Hangzhou, China-based developer, has tapped Halstead Property Development Marketing as One Park’s exclusive sales and marketing agent. Architectura has designed the modern glass-exterior building, while VLDG Inc. oversaw the design of the interior spaces.
Each home will offer high-end finishes and appliances. With more than 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, the overall property will feature an indoor, 55-foot heated pool with an adjoining outdoor sun deck, plus a sauna and steam rooms.
Other amenities will include a private furnished roof deck and dining terrace with grilling stations, fire pits, seating areas and an outdoor movie theater, along with a state-of-the-art fitness center, children’s playroom and automated parking garage.
“The building’s forward-thinking design infuses its serene natural landscape with modern style to create a unique living experience,” said Stephen Kliegerman, president of HPDM. “The views are dramatic, the array of indoor and outdoor amenities were thoughtfully crafted to appeal to both adults and children, and the location provides convenient access to Manhattan and the dynamic Hudson River waterfront. It’s a compelling proposition that should resonate strongly with buyers on both sides of the river.”
The development and marketing team recently welcomed Cliffside Park Mayor Thomas Calabrese and other dignitaries to celebrate the opening of the sales gallery.
“I’m delighted to help celebrate the opening of this beautiful new sales gallery,” Calabrese said. “We continue to look for ways to grow our community smartly and responsibly in ways that will benefit all of our residents. You see that today with the progress of One Park. It’s clear that this will be an exceptional new residential development that we will all be proud of.”
