Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has lured a new tenant to its office portfolio, leasing more than 13,000 square feet in Elmwood Park to a beauty products manufacturer.
The tenant, Beauty Plus Trading Co. Inc., makes natural and synthetic hair products including hairpieces, extensions, wigs, haircare products and more under the Janet Collection and EshaTM lines, according to a news release. Its new home at 475 Market St. will allow it to be minutes from Interstate 80, Route 46 and the Garden State Parkway, while its employees will be within walking distance of retail and dining options including Dunkin’, CVS Pharmacy, Vito’s Pizza, Walgreens and Manhattan Bagel.
MRH Real Estate Services’ Glenn Dulmage, Max Troast and Conor Ryan represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in the 13,160-square-foot lease. Fred Fisher of F. Fisher & Co. represented the tenant, which was founded in 1991 and partners with retailers across six continents to offer its products to consumers worldwide.
“When we found Elmwood Park Plaza, we knew it would be the perfect new home for our team,” said Young Hwang, executive vice president of Beauty Plus. “Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ hands-on approach to property management and long-term ownership strategy will provide us the support we need to continue to grow and excel in such a competitive market.”
In announcing the deal, Sanzari noted that Elmwood Park Plaza is also easily accessible via public transportation, including the Hackensack-Patterson-Willowbrook bus line and NJ Transit’s Plauderville station.
“We are thrilled to welcome Beauty Plus to Elmwood Park Plaza,” said Carolina Gutierrez, manager of leasing and marketing at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “Now more than ever, companies are seeking well-maintained spaces enhanced by stable ownership. We’re excited to build our relationship with Beauty Plus and ensure their space perfectly suits their needs.”
