Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has signed a nearly 6,500-square-foot office renewal in Hasbrouck Heights with a media and communications firm, the landlord announced Tuesday.
In a news release, the property owner said Emerald has been a tenant at its Heights Plaza property at 777 Terrace Ave. since 2016. The 6,442-square-foot renewal will provide G3 Communications, the firm’s New Jersey operating division, with the opportunity to remodel its office to better suit its current and long-term space needs.
“The strong renewal activity seen across our portfolio continues to demonstrate the steady demand for modern and accessible office space in the northern New Jersey marketplace,” said Stephen Jennings, ASE’s vice president of leasing and marketing. “We are confident that there are few places better suited for growth-oriented companies than northern New Jersey and we are proud to be able to accommodate the changing needs of Emerald to ensure Heights Plaza continues to provide support for the organization’s ongoing growth.”
Jennings represented ownership in the transaction, while Hope Brodsky and Eric Tomchik of Newmark represented the tenant. In announcing the deal, ASE noted that the six-story, 200,000-square-foot Heights Plaza provides tenants with easy access to area highways, along with covered parking, a full-service cafeteria and other amenities.
“Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ management team is a pleasure to work with,” said Stacy Smith, director of corporate operations at Emerald. “As the G3 Communications division of Emerald continues to grow, we knew their office space would need to be updated upon the expiration of the lease agreement. Working closely with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, we forged an accommodating deal to remodel our office suite to better align with our needs and goals. We are thrilled to be able to upgrade our space while retaining our current location.”
