A dental imaging company has leased more than 16,000 square feet of office space at Glenpointe, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ flagship business campus in Teaneck.
The tenant, Vatech America Inc., is a subsidiary of a South Korea-based company that produces equipment for health care and dental providers, according to a news release. It will use the new 16,262-square-foot location on Frank W. Burr Boulevard for executive and general office space, as well as a showroom for its products.
Newmark’s Jeff Schotz, Peter Rossi, Dan Reider, Peter Kasparian and David Simson represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, while Harlan Hollander of Savills represented Vatech America. DMR Architects’ Michelle Lee is designing the space.
“To attract dynamic and growing businesses, every aspect of a workplace must be geared towards encouraging and inspiring today’s employees,” said Carolina Gutierrez, leasing and marketing manager for Sanzari. “We are excited that Vatech America recognizes the Glenpointe campus as a valuable location for driving innovation and enhancing the delivery of patient care across the dentistry sector.”
Vatech’s new space at Glenpointe, which has 670,000 square feet of office space, is six miles from New York City and provides it with access to amenities such as a 26,000-square-foot fitness center, a 22,000-square-foot outdoor space, 700 hotel rooms and a host of retail and restaurant options. Sanzari also pointed to its partnership with Better Spaces, a tenant engagement service that operates an on-site community lounge and what’s known as the Better Spaces app to offer occupants more than 40 free programs and classes per week.
