Hornrock Properties has found new office space in Hasbrouck Heights after signing a lease at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Heights Plaza property.
According to the firms, Hornrock will occupy 5,157 square feet at the six-story, 200,000-square-foot building at the junction of Interstate 80 and Route 17. The space at 777 Terrace Ave. will provide a new home for a multifamily builder that has more than 2,000 units in various stages of planning or construction with a capitalized development value of more than $500 million.
Sanzari and Hornrock’s respective in-house leasing teams represented the firms in the deal.
“We are excited to join the Heights Plaza community and leverage our new space to drive our company’s continued growth and success,” a Hornrock representative said. “As a fellow member of New Jersey’s competitive real estate scene, we take comfort in Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ reputation for delivering an unmatched tenant experience and look forward to building a strong relationship with them for years to come.”
In announcing the deal, Sanzari noted that Heights Plaza is easily accessible via the New Jersey Turnpike, the Garden State Parkway and Route 46 and is a 10-minute drive from the George Washington Bridge and 15 minutes from the Lincoln Tunnel. Amenities at the building include covered parking, a full-service cafeteria and newly renovated common areas, among others.
“It is an honor to welcome Hornrock Properties to Heights Plaza as we continue to diversify our growing client roster,” said Carolina Gutierrez, manager of leasing and marketing at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “Their company is well respected across the industry and known for bringing exemplary projects throughout the state to life. We are excited to work with their team to ensure their space is perfectly suited to their needs.”
