Two new tenants are coming to a Freehold industrial building after leasing a combined 12,535 square feet at the property, according to brokers with Sheldon Gross Realty.
In the larger deal, WOP Distributors committed to 7,280 square feet at 920-922 Route 33, part of the Fairfield Industrial Park. The second tenant, Warrior Service Company LLC, is a medical supply business focused on veterans’ needs and is taking 5,255 square feet.
Sheldon Gross Realty Senior Vice President Glenn Jaffe, Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick and Sales Representative Matthew Leonelli brokered both transactions. The firm noted that, to date, its team has arranged 16 transactions within the park, including leases by Utz Quality Foods and Abbington Engineering within the past year.
“As central New Jersey business locations go, Fairfield Corporate Park is definitely a hot spot,” Jaffe said. “It pretty much offers everything — an exceptional layout, multiple spaces between 5,000 and 7,000 square feet and easy access to major roadways.”
The West Orange-based brokerage touted the site’s location along the border with Howell and 10 minutes from routes 9 and 18. It’s also a short drive from the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 34.
