A recent event hosted by the New Jersey chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors focused on maximizing commercial real estate income.
The event, hosted at the Montclair Golf Club in West Orange, featured speaker Rod Santomassimo, founder and president of the Massimo Group. He led a detailed discussion that drew on his experience in commercial real estate consulting and coaching.
“This was a very informative event, and it was great to see so many members and colleagues in attendance,” said SIOR chapter President David Simon, executive managing director and New Jersey market leader for Colliers International. “Rod provided the group with excellent insight and expert knowledge of how to grow our profits in the CRE industry.”
Santomassimo is a bestselling author and two-time recipient of the Duke University Fuqua School of Business Impact Alumni of the Year Award.
