OUR SERVICES
Solar Landscape is the leading commercial and community solar developer in the United States.
We partner with the world’s largest real estate companies to develop, install, own and operate rooftop community solar projects on commercial and industrial rooftops. Our projects create revenue-generating opportunities for property owners and enable them to achieve sustainability objectives, while also providing solar benefits and discounted electricity to low-income community members.
As a vertically integrated company, we provide end-to-end solar capabilities all under one roof — ensuring quality control, top safety standards and efficiency at every stage of the project lifecycle.
OUR ADVANTAGE
Solar Landscape is the nation’s most experienced commercial rooftop and community solar developer, with a proven track record of success. To date, the company has installed over 250 commercial rooftop projects, totaling over 40 million square feet of rooftops, earning the trust of the biggest names in real estate.
Having secured more than half of all New Jersey community solar projects since the program’s inception, Solar Landscape has proven expertise in developing projects from conception to operation. As long-term solar asset owners, our commitment extends beyond installation to fostering lasting partnerships with our real estate clients, ensuring the ongoing success of our collaborative projects and the communities they serve.

Solar Landscape is empowering large institutional investors, REITs and regional commercial real estate leaders to take advantage of New Jersey’s community solar program.
Community solar connects commercial real estate owners to residents surrounding their properties. It allows nearby households to share the benefits of solar energy without installing panels on their own properties. Instead, solar arrays are installed on a central location, often the rooftop of a commercial or industrial building, and the energy generated is distributed to the grid.
For commercial developers and owners like Greek Real Estate Partners, community solar establishes a new tenant class enabling owners to turn their rooftops into revenue. Greek will soon host solar panels on 1.3 million square feet of rooftops on 15 warehouses, collecting lease payments for the next 20 years and generating more than 15 megawatts of clean energy.
Greek is one of many commercial real estate owners adding a solar “tenant” to their properties. Institutional owners like Principal Real Estate, Petrucci and Heitman; regional firms like Elberon and Bhasin Properties; and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) Prologis and First Industrial, are all part of the growing list of companies partnering with Solar Landscape on projects in the state and nationally.
