The developers of a planned retail and medical complex in Gloucester County have picked Soloff Realty and Development Inc. as their leasing agent at the property.
Brokers with Soloff are representing Mantua Partners LLC and North Bridge Properties at what’s known as Mantua Shopping Center & Medical Complex, a 10-acre project at Woodbury Glassboro and Lambs roads in Mantua. Located in a growing commercial corridor near Route 55, the property will include a 3,200-square-foot freestanding building with a drive-thru and a 2,500-square-foot end-cap to accompany a recently leased Dunkin’ and a 12,250-square-foot divisible retail building fronting Woodbury Glassboro Road.
Meantime, the medical component will consist of two three-story buildings totaling 77,500 square feet, which will be connected by a covered walkway, Soloff said. Each will have ground-floor covered parking and building signage opportunities.
David Dunkelman will handle the assignment for Soloff, the firm said, noting that the project will join nearby retailers such as Wawa, Dollar General and Rite Aid, while serving Rowan University and a new Inspira Medical Center. Construction is slated to begin next spring, with a targeted completion date of spring or summer 2022.
