A storage products business has acquired a nearly 30,000-square-foot warehouse in Pennsauken, under a newly completed transaction by Colliers International.
Brokers with the firm represented the seller, Puratos Corp., in the transaction at 8000 National Hwy. Patrick J. Kelly Drums purchased the 29,418-square-foot building for an undisclosed price, Colliers said, noting that the deal marks the third time it has brokered the sale of the property.
Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner completed the assignment out of Colliers’ Mount Laurel office. In a news release, they noted that 8000 National Hwy. is minutes from area highways and bridges to Philadelphia.
Patrick J. Kelly Drums is a provider of sustainable storage products such as drums, totes, hazmat boxes, plastic shredding and plastic pails, along with services such as drum destruction, drum and tote reconditioning and product distribution, the news release said.
