Construction is underway on a project that will bring 90 luxury apartments, retail space and a 596-unit self-storage building to the Passaic County borough of North Haledon.
A development that will bring new self-storage, upscale apartments and retail space to North Haledon is set to begin with the help of a construction loan arranged by JLL.
