The new owners of three office buildings in Parsippany have unveiled a $4.5 million plan to upgrade and introduce a set of modern, upscale amenities at the 280,000-square-foot campus.
A design technology firm and a packaging supplies distributor are among the newest tenants at a Lyndhurst office building, leasing a combined 13,600 square feet.
