Denholtz Properties has acquired a 26,000-square-foot industrial building in Bridgewater, adding to its footprint in a large commercial complex along Route 22.
A new tenant is coming to Denholtz Properties’ 17-building business park in Somerset County, where it has inked a lease for more than 16,000 square feet of flex industrial space.
Denholtz Associates has secured a $9.2 million loan to refinance and upgrade an 11-building, 264,000-square-foot flex industrial portfolio in Somerset County, the firm said Thursday.
