A retail center in Bridgewater has a new owner after a nearly $3.5 million investment sale arranged by Marcus & Millichap, the investment sales brokerage announced Monday.
Qualcomm Inc. has renewed its lease for 125,472 square feet at Somerset Corporate Center, SJP Properties’ master-planned office complex in Bridgewater, the landlord said Tuesday.
The Garibaldi Group has been tapped to sublease an eight-story, 310,000-square-foot office building in Bridgewater, part of the Class A campus known as Somerset Corporate Center.
SJP Properties has inked a new 115,000-square-foot lease with iconectiv, a data infrastructure and messaging solutions firm, at the developer’s Somerset Corporate Center in Bridgewater.
