Advance Realty Investors has welcomed seven new retailers at a 450,000-square-foot, open-air center at the site of a former mall along Route 10 in Roxbury.
Burlington Stores has leased 47,000 square feet at a Secaucus shopping center, in the largest of several newly announced transactions by Levin Management Corp.
Off-price brands, dining and personal services have fueled retail leasing since Labor Day, Levin Management Corp. said, touting nearly 200,000 square feet of activity over the past 90 days.
