The Garibaldi Group has taken the wraps off a new co-working and conference space at its Chatham headquarters, seeking to attract startups and entrepreneurs as part of a larger effort within the borough and the Morris County business community.
As The Garibaldi Group prepares for its 100-year anniversary, the firm is making a push to recast itself and expand the services it provides to the commercial real estate industry — including a major rebrand that it will unveil this fall, new strategic hires and a continued push into the tech sector, one that was largely sparked by its experience at Bell Works.
Onyx Equities is planning everything from an expansive dining area to a game room to a gym that will rival a high-end fitness club — all part of a project at 340 Mount Kemble Ave. in Morristown. They will be part of a long list of amenities at the 400,000-square-foot complex, which the firm acquired in 2016 and plans to reposition for new tenants.
The Morris County Economic Development Corp. recently hosted its 26th annual Partners in Economic Development Awards Luncheon, in an event that recognized several high-profile real estate deals in the county from the past year.
