Jersey Mike’s Subs has expanded its footprint in its home state, leasing more than 10,000 square feet over the past year across seven locations in northern and central New Jersey.
A fitness operator and a burger chain that is expanding into New Jersey will be among the newest tenants in downtown Newark, following leases brokered by Pierson Commercial.
Pierson Commercial has brokered leases for four new retailers at the mixed-use development known as Downtown Robbinsville, the retail real estate services firm said Monday.
Jersey Mike’s Subs is continuing its rapid growth in the Garden State, with Pierson Commercial representing the chain in seven new leases in northern and central New Jersey.
