Mack-Cali Realty Corp. has taken the wraps off its plans for a new 1.2 million-square-foot office tower that it hopes to build in Jersey City under a joint venture with SJP Properties.
Qualcomm Inc. has renewed its lease for 125,472 square feet at Somerset Corporate Center, SJP Properties’ master-planned office complex in Bridgewater, the landlord said Tuesday.
SJP Properties has inked a new 115,000-square-foot lease with iconectiv, a data infrastructure and messaging solutions firm, at the developer’s Somerset Corporate Center in Bridgewater.
