The developer of what would be more than 30,000 square feet of new retail space in Jackson has tapped Tokarski Millemann Architects for the project.
Based in Wall, the design firm said it’s working on behalf of a repeat client for the three-building project near East Veterans Highway, including two retail structures of 16,000 and 13,000 square feet. The third building is slated to consist of a 5,000-square-foot convenience store with a gas station canopy.
Tokarski Millemann did not identify the exact location of what would be known as Veterans Plaza.
Construction is scheduled to begin later this year with anticipated completion in fall 2024, according to a news release. It would follow the completion of the nearby Liberty Commons Plaza, which is fully leased to tenants including an Aisle 9 grocery store.
The Tokarski Millemann team is working on construction documents, the news release said.
