Transwestern has made another addition to its New Jersey real estate services team with the hiring of a veteran broker and leasing executive.
The firm announced recently that Douglas Rowe has joined its Florham Park office as a vice president. With more than 20 years of industry experience, he will focus primarily on office leasing and sales.
“We were extremely impressed with Doug’s success in the New Jersey market, along with his dedication to client service and excellence, which has led to many longstanding partnerships in the industry,” said James Postell, partner and city leader with Transwestern Commercial Services. “We’re excited to welcome Doug to the Transwestern family and confident he will bring immediate value to our current and prospective clients.”
Rowe previously worked at American Properties Commercial, according to a news release. Prior to that, he spent 16 years with Colliers International, having worked on behalf of high-profile users such as American Express, United Airlines and State Farm Insurance.
The addition follows several executive hires in Transwestern’s New Jersey office, including Robert Vicci, who joined TCS as a senior vice president to grow the firm’s property management services throughout the Northeast, as well as several associate hires.
“It’s an exciting time for Transwestern, and I’m thrilled to be given the opportunity to work alongside the company’s talented sales and leasing teams,” Rowe said. “As New Jersey’s office sector resurges, I look forward to partnering with our clients to achieve their real estate objectives.”
Rowe graduated from Adelphi University and is affiliated with groups including NAIOP and the Morris County Economic Development Corp.
