Ulta Beauty has signed a 10,000-square-foot lease to come to a Woodbridge shopping center, under a newly announced deal by Levin Management Corp.
The brokerage firm, the leasing and managing agent at St. Georges Crossing, said the national beauty retailer will take over a space formerly occupied by Pier 1 Imports. The new store will provide Ulta with a high-traffic location at the intersection of Route 1&9 and Route 35, where it joins ShopRite and a host of other retailers.
LMC Leasing Representative E.J. Moawad represented ownership, while David Szabo of BKR Retail Services represented the tenant.
“We couldn’t be more pleased to add Ulta Beauty as another high-quality national tenant at St. Georges Crossing,” Moawad said. “As a top retailer, Ulta Beauty is targeting exceptional sites to expand its growing footprint. St. Georges Crossing’s strong tenant mix was a key factor in attracting the retailer to the property. In turn, this terrific traffic driver complements our in-place retail mix and is sure to see great success at this location.”
LMC noted that Ulta Beauty offers more than 25,000 products from more than 600 well-established and emerging beauty brands across all categories and price points. Its newest location sits within a 343,000-square-foot property, which serves a residential population of nearly 135,000 people within a three-mile radius, alongside a host of high-profile retail, restaurant and service tenants.
