A provider of printing and packaging solutions has sold a two-building, 20,000-square-foot industrial portfolio in Union County, in a newly announced transaction by Bussel Realty Corp.
The brokerage firm represented both parties in the deal at 218-224 11th Ave. in Roselle. It listed the seller as Pomarco Technologies LLC, which reaped $2 million from its disposition of the two buildings.
BRC Senior Vice President Jordan Metz and Sales Associate Eric Koons completed the assignment. Their team also includes Wellern Yu, its marketing and research assistant.
“(The seller’s) well-timed two-building portfolio divestiture provided our buyer the unique opportunity to own quality industrial assets in a region, seeing historically low rates of industrial inventory and record-dwindling vacancy rates,” Koons said.
In a news release, BRC said the properties feature 15-foot ceiling heights, drive-in loading doors, heavy power and two large parking areas. The site also has an additional larger lot for parking and three cranes.
The properties are also minutes from NJ Transit rail stations in Roselle and Linden, the New Jersey Turnpike, Newark Liberty International Airport and Port Newark-Elizabeth.
