The owner of a nearly 8,000-square-foot shopping center in Montville has completed a series of renovations at the property and is marketing the space to would-be tenants.
The firm, Azarian Group LLC, announced more than $600,000 worth of upgrades at 6 Route 46 West in the township’s Pine Brook section. Known as Pine Brook Plaza, the property features new building towers, new sidewalks and newly paved parking lot, among other upgrades.
The Midland Park-based firm said the 7,942-square-foot property has 940 square feet available. The shopping center, which has seven stores, fronts on Route 46 West and has rear access to Bloomfield Avenue, with a location between two major jug handle access points.
The improvements also include new lighting and parking lot light poles, new fencing, new Belgian block curbing, new tenant signage and new building pylon signage, Azarian said.
