A former restaurant and catering hall building in Cherry Hill has changed hands, following a transaction arranged by Vantage Commercial.
Brokers said the 5,000-square-foot property, located at 1250 North Kings Highway, is set to be repurposed as a retail store. The firm also highlighted the property’s visibility, its location among densely populated residential communities and proximity to the region’s main thoroughfares.
“With the location along a busy stretch of King’s Highway with close proximity to Route 70 and the Ellisburg Circle Shopping Center — we are confident the new owners are well-positioned for success,” said Mike Gries, a sales associate at Vantage Commercial.
Gries brokered the sale alongside Senior Adviser Corinne Giletto and Director of Operations Aran Ploshansky.
“Vantage’s headquarters is in Cherry Hill and we continue to strengthen our footprint in the region,” Ploshansky said. “We are thrilled to facilitate innovation and transformation in the region by bringing new uses to older spaces and we look forward to continuing to do so.”
